Shipping and delivery

Please  note that some items (especially bespoke items) will take longer than others to make and be sent out to  you, as some items will be made to order. If you have any questions  about delivery or you need your order quickly then please e-mail or call me, and I’ll do my best to answer any questions that you have.

Please note every piece of Kraft T's Glass is handmade and entirely  individual. Consequently even if you order 2 of the same stock item there will be differences. Items made and sold by me are, as earlier stated, handmade and not mass produced. Also please note that due to the fusion process variations in patterns, air bubbles, colour and textures are  to be expected as a natural feature of fused glass.

Returns for shop items. 

Please email me to arrange this. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the items and should ensure they are both tracked and insured against loss or damage. Any refund agreed will not include the original delivery costs.

Delivery

All items are shipped using the service you have  chosen. In most cases the Small Parcel Service should be large enough for most purchases.  Alternativly Royal Mail 1st class Small or Medium Parcel service can be selected,  Delivery costs shown in the shop are for delivery within the UK only. If you wish delivery to made outside the UK please contact me first so that I can provide you with shipping costs.
